Zoe Scott and Brigitte Price are your local Community Agents. (working for AVOW)

As a Community Agent we work with people over 50 living in the local area and can support with the below :

Signpost you to services and organisations that will support you with health, social and financial needs. Enabling you to feel more independent by focusing on what is important to you.
Assistance with form filling, blue badges / bus passes etc. and signpost you to other services that can complete other important applications.
Signpost people to local activities and groups and support people to remain socially active and engaged with their community.
To help people feel more secure and cared for, and to have a better quality of life.
