How to use this section

In the “Folder” navigation section select the relevant subject for the documents you are looking for by clicking on the title, e.g. if you are looking for minutes of a Full Council meeting held in January 2018, click first on the 2018 folder. 

This will display a new set of navigation links by subject; in the case of this example click on the folder, “Full Council Minutes” and a series of sub folders will appear.  Click on “January 2018” for all the documents relating to the January Full Council meeting. 

The simplest way to download the relevant document by clicking on the “Download” link on the right hand side.
